Whereoware Accelerator Package: Product Strategy

Project Overview

Problem Statement

Whereoware’s new website builds were remade from scratch every time which often delayed and extended development.

Goal

Deliver an accelerator package that contains the core pages and experiences essential to a B2B e-commerce site. New feature requests and additional enhancements need to be added iteratively to meet on-going client objectives.

Step 01: Understand business and market needs

Defining and identifying the MVP

We created low-fidelity user journey maps to identify who the target user was and what they needed for this accelerator package to be successful.

Due to a large portion of Whereoware’s clients serving the B2B market, we focused on a wholesale business owner.

Our prioritization matrix revealed product mandatories

Step 02: Wireframe and Prototype Core Experiences

After uncovering the mandatories from the prioritization matrix, we set out to wire up the most important pages and experiences.

Step 03: Launch and gather user feedback

We’re looking forward to gathering user feedback and including future dated items such as Multiboard Favorites, Advanced Manage Users settings, and a User Dashboard.
